Representative Wool, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                              
the five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be                                                           
waived so that the Transportation Committee may hear the following                                                              
on March 2, which is a companion bill to HB 73:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 33                                                                                                          
    "An Act naming the state ferries built in Ketchikan and entering                                                            
    Alaska marine highway system service on or after 2017; and                                                                  
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
